This includes a lobby, restaurants, training facilities, roof terrace and technical support – both internal and external. URS Greiner’s rental contract runs for six years.
On the third floor, in suite number 300, URS Greiner itself has adapted its 2,635 square metres to form a functional, attractive office. It was planned for 144 people, giving an area of around 18 square metres per person.
At present 105 employees are working in the office. The U-shaped office is largely open-plan. Only the members of the management group have permanent offices. The dominant colours are burgundy, grey and black.
For almost ten years now, URS Greiner has had a flexible work roster that is suited to the office’s large number of long-distance commuters.
